Job summary

A prominent logistics organization in Shrewsbury is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Coach to deliver high-quality training to apprentices in Team Leading and Operations Management. You will coach individuals one-on-one, review their progress, and help them become assessment-ready. The ideal candidate should possess a Level 3+ teaching qualification, experience in delivering apprenticeships, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience.
  • Ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Background in transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Team Leading and Operations Management.
  • Coach apprentices one-to-one, supporting their growth and confidence.
  • Build lasting relationships with employers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Review learner progress, create action plans, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success.
