Job summary

A leading international defence business seeks an Apprenticeship Coach (Vehicle Mechanics) for a 12-month contract. This fully remote role supports the South West region of the UK. The successful candidate will assess Learner progress, deliver training, and ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards. Candidates should have mechanical or electrical experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a Level 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields.
  • Experience in support and delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes.
  • Ability to implement training solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and train for Assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Assess Learner work and provide feedback.
  • Deliver training to support Learners' completion of the Apprenticeship Programme.
  • Conduct training/coaching reviews.
  • Complete relevant apprenticeship paperwork.

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
