• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Experience supervising, reviewing, or developing advisers in a regulated environment.
• Experience conducting file reviews and delivering balanced, developmental feedback.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing advice and client files to assess quality, suitability, and risk.
• Providing constructive feedback and coaching to support adviser development.
• Identifying themes, risks, and development needs across the adviser population.
• Designing and delivering training sessions with advisers.
• Supporting adviser onboarding and ongoing competence assessment.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for technical and regulatory queries.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of supervision and development processes.
• Producing insight and management information to inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with compliance, leadership, and learning teams on improvement initiatives.
