Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Level 2 plumbing qualification essential.
• Experience of ACoP L8 and water safety standards necessary.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Perform various plumbing tasks including acid descales and filtration service.
• Conduct internal calorifier inspections and chlorination works.

Overview

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus overtime, door to door payment and company vehicle (OTE £38k - £40k)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with flexibility required

Location: To cover London

What can you expect?

As an experienced Remedial Plumber you will be involved in the servicing and maintenance of all types of systems and water treatment equipment.

This may include:

• Acid descales
• Plumbing tasks, Deadleg removal/flexible hose removal etc.
• Filtration service and install
• TMV service and replacement
• Dosing systems service and install
• Internal calorifier inspection
• Endoscopic inspection
• Injection pipework chlorination works
• Copper /silver ionisation works
• Solid dosing installs and commissioning
• Service, install and commissioning odd specialist one off systems
• RPZ service work and install (only by accredited personnel)
• Some water hygiene monitoring, sampling

What do I need?

• Full driving licence
• Level 2 plumbing qualification
• You will need experience of ACoP L8 (Legionnaires) and water safety standards
• You will work with guidance provided by HSG 274, water systems and monitoring sampling, including associated company documents and guidance
