We are recruiting proactive, motivated, and professional Support Workers to provide person-centred support at our Rugby supported living service on a relief basis.

About Lanchester Court, Rugby

Lanchester Court in Rugby, Warwickshire, is an exciting supported living complex for 16 residents. It features a mixture of self-contained bungalows and townhouses within walking distance of Rugby town centre. This innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for residents to thrive.

Role Responsibilities

1. Supporting service users with diverse needs including mental health, physical disabilities, substance misuse, autism, brain injuries, epilepsy, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
2. Helping tenants maximise wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support.
3. Promoting tenants' independence and encouraging personal development and community engagement.

Requirements

Essential: Twelve months' experience in a similar support role.
