Hanover Scotland is recruiting a Relief Development Manager for the Lochaber area.

This is a flexible relief role supporting residents to live safely and independently within a well managed housing development.

Hanover has been providing housing and support across Scotland for more than forty years.

Their aim is simple but important: helping people feel secure at home so they can live full and independent lives.

This role sits at the heart of that purpose.

The job involves a wide range of duties that keep the development running smoothly.

You will log day to day repairs, monitor progress, liaise with contractors and carry out regular property inspections.

You will engage directly with residents, offering advice, reassurance and information, while ensuring that performance targets and standards are met.

Cleaning and upkeep of shared areas also forms part of the role.

This position suits someone who is friendly, steady under pressure and confident dealing with a wide range of people including residents, families, contractors, care teams and community partners.

You will need a sound understanding of housing management services, strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm while managing competing demands.
