Are you searching for a rewarding care role where all your clients are in one place? We are recruiting a Relief Care Assistant to join the team at our Albert Court retirement development in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Hourly rate : £14.12 per hour, plus earn up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend shifts.

Hours : A mix of shifts, to work on an 'as and when' basis arranged with the manager.

As a Relief Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. About You

Experience :

• A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
• A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
