Are you searching for a rewarding care role where all your clients are in one place? We are recruiting a Relief Care Assistant to join the team at our Albert Court retirement development in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Hourly rate : £14.12 per hour, plus earn up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend shifts.

Hours : A mix of shifts, to work on an 'as and when' basis arranged with the manager.

Role Highlights :

As a Relief Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.

About You
Experience :
  • A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
  • A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
