Reinsurance Account Manager

We’re hiring!

Aon is currently recruiting a Reinsurance Account Manager to join our Japan Team in London.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both from our London office and virtually.

The Reinsurance Account Manager will be primarily responsible for technical and administrative support for the Account Executive team in placing and servicing of Japanese Non-Marine Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance.

The role necessitates working closely with colleagues in both Tokyo and London as a key part of our client offering.

What the day will look like
  • Work in partnership with the Account Executive team in the marketing of reinsurance placements, involving communication with clients and reinsurers (in both London and international markets).
  • Generation and technical review of contractual documentation (including contract wordings, endorsements and evidence of cover).
  • Be a primary contact for the resolution of queries received from clients and reinsurers – liaising with colleagues within other departments as necessary.
  • Collection and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations.
  • Population and maintenance of data within Aon’s IT systems.
