Job summary

A healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract or secondment. Qualifications

  • Relevant NVQ level 3, or NVQ level 2 with extensive applicable experience and knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in a rehabilitation setting desirable; awareness of the role of a Physiotherapist.
  • Immunisation and vaccination report from UK occupational health provider or UK GP.
  • Full UK driving licence (international licence not accepted).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality therapy to Coventry patients in their own homes and in clinical settings.
  • Support physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and technical instructors.
  • Work towards clinical competencies with direct supervision, training and support.
  • Prioritise workload and time effectively for caseload management.
  • Participate in service development projects and regular in‑service training.
  • Adapt to possible changes in team structure under the evolving Integrated Neighbourhood Team model.
