A community health services provider in Shropshire is looking for a Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician to support patients with rehabilitation in various settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills and have relevant health-related experience. This role offers opportunities for professional development and operates within a supportive team environment.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting to join the Central Team, Shropshire.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation supporting patients in a variety of settings within their own homes or care homes.
You will work under guidance to support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation, and working with the team to support rehabilitation and short/long term management planning. You will be working closely with the other community teams, as well as social care colleagues to meet patients needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and conscientious individual to work with the established therapy teams. You will need to demonstrate high standards interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to prioritise your workload, manage your time effectively, and work flexibly within the team.
We have a strong commitment to clinical supervision and continuing professional development (CPD), offering a supportive and proactive environment with opportunities for supervision, training and peer support, both locally and County wide.
The service is commissioned to cover 7 day working, 8am to 6pm.
