A leading financial institution is looking for a Business Controls specialist to ensure compliance with Risk and Regulatory Frameworks. The role includes supporting the Business Bank, managing conflicts, and acting as an advisor to senior business leaders. Candidates should have strong knowledge of risk governance in a commercial banking environment and excellent stakeholder management skills. This hybrid role requires monthly travel and offers competitive salary and benefits.

32,800 - 41,000 per annum DOE benefits
Hybrid travel to a local HUB at least once per month required.

These include credit and criminal record checks and three years worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime it requires enhanced pre-employment checks well ask for six years of regulatory references and once in the role you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
