A leading financial services company in Scotland is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Developments Manager to drive project management of regulatory reporting changes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk policies and banking products, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role is available for up to seven months, focusing on ensuring accurate reporting outcomes and managing stakeholder engagement.
Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Developments Manager
In this critical role, you’ll be supporting the end-to-end project management of regulatory reporting changes and changes made to the regulatory and risk platforms. This will include reviewing and challenging the requirements and design and assessing the impacts on the business and user acceptance testing (UAT). You’ll maintain a strong customer focus, taking responsibility for the project engagement and the testing of changes applied to the regulatory and risk platforms.
Throughout the course of your work, you’ll complete projects in a timely manner to make sure that deadlines are met and projects are delivered in line with stakeholders\' expectations.

We’re looking for someone with analytical skills and a good understanding of relevant risk policies, and external regulatory and risk reporting requirements. You’ll need to have experience in the financial services or banking industry, coupled with a broad understanding of retail and wholesale banking products.
It’s also crucial for you to have the ability to connect across multiple levels of stakeholders, build and maintain strong relationships and have good communication skills.
