We’re looking for a passionate, driven RVN to join our dynamic team across our practices in Irvine, Ayr and Kilmarnock. Our clinics are built on mutual respect, support, and continuous development. You\'ll be backed by a team that includes a Clinical Nurse Manager and our RVN Business Partner, someone who truly understands your role and values.

At Vets4Pets, nurses are at the heart of what we do. Our team includes RVNs with specialist training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures. Whether you\'re leading consults, monitoring anaesthetics, or providing exceptional in-patient care, you\'ll be empowered to do what you do best.

We have three practices here in Ayrshire, led by four partners - two vets, one RVN, and a practice manager, which means every role has a voice at the table. Our 60-strong team is committed to delivering excellent clinical care and an exceptional client experience.

Our Clinical Team

Across our three practices, we have:

• 14 Vets
• 14 RVNs
• 3 GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets
• 3 Clinical Coach RVNs
