About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join our care home team on night shifts. You will be working with a supportive and dedicated team, delivering person-centred care to our residents and ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts.
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring safe and effective practice.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
• Assess, plan, and implement care plans in line with residents’ needs.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure a safe, calm environment at night.
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all residents.

Requirements

• NMC registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
• Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously on night shifts.
