Registered Nurse - Nights (24hrs/week) • West Sussex • 2x Night Shifts | 7pm-7am | 24hrs per week • £22/hr weekdays | £23/hr weekends | Paid Breaks

The Role

• Deliver safe, effective care throughout the night shift
• Oversee care for 45 residents with the support of 6 experienced carers
• Complete medication rounds, update care plans, and lead on clinical decisions
• Ensure high standards of care, documentation, and handover
• Support carers and ensure a calm, comfortable overnight environment for all residents

Requirements

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
• Previous experience in elderly care desirable
• Confident managing a night shift independently with strong clinical decision-making skills
• Committed to delivering kind, dignified, person-centred care
