Registered Nurse (nights). Telford Hall Care Home

• Salary: £23.79 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week, 3 shifts week one, 4 shifts week two
• Shifts: 7pm – 7am
• Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship

Nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley, Telford Hall is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing, palliative, and dementia care in a state-of-the-art setting. As a Registered Nurse on Nights, you will :

• Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the night.
• Administer medications and conduct health monitoring with diligence and care.
• Work closely with the night care team to maintain seamless continuity of care.
• Offer emotional support to residents, fostering a calm and peaceful environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff, helping them develop their skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking nurses who are :

• Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN).

• Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicators with a team‑oriented approach.
