A regional healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Registered Nurse for the Discharge Lounge at Epsom Hospital. In this role, you will ensure safe and effective patient discharges, collaborating with ward teams and the Clinical Site Management Team. The Discharge Lounge at Epsom Hospital plays a vital role in supporting patient flow and hospital capacity, ensuring patients are safely and efficiently transferred from an inpatient ward when they are fit to be discharged from hospital. The registered nurse within the discharge lounge plays an important role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care to patients. You will work both independently and collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team throughout the discharge process, working closely with the Clinical Site Management Team and wider ward teams.
