Registered Nurse (DART) - HMP Holme House + £1500 welcome payment

Are you a dedicated RGN looking for a new challenge within a diverse, community setting? Do you want to combine your primary care, acute and emergency nursing skills all in one place and keep your NHS Pension? Working in secure healthcare will bring new challenges. The days are varied and there is a wide range of training and development opportunities. The role includes nurse led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals. Education and Training

• Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult /General/Mental Health
• Mentorship / supervision/teaching / assessing experience/ training
• Experience of Drug and Alcohol Services
• RCGP 1 Qualification

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current healthcare issues.
• Knowledge of clinical governance audit, risk management and quality agenda
• Working within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Competent in clinical practice e.g., phlebotomy, ECG monitoring
• Worked in a complex environment managing deteriorating patients
• Experience of working within a Health & Justice environment.
