Location: High Littleton, BS39

Hours: 3pm‑9pm (Monday‑Friday). 8am‑8pm (Saturday, Sunday & School Holidays). Nights: 8pm‑8am

Pay: £24.60–£27.60 per hour (Ltd company rates available on request)

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide one‑to‑one, person‑centred support for a male client in his own home in High Littleton, helping him live safely and with dignity in familiar surroundings.

This is a role where your clinical knowledge, empathy, and attention to detail make a real impact — every single shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high‑quality, individualised nursing care in a calm home environment
  • Administer medications via PEG / jejunostomy confidently and safely
  • Support mobility, personal care, and daily routines with respect and compassion
  • Monitor health, respond promptly to changes, and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants, and the wider healthcare team
  • Review and adapt care plans to ensure the best outcomes
  • Offer reassurance and emotional support to the client and their family
