Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse - Bank, you will be responsible for acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Your key duties will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, and management of chronic conditions, as well as advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. Additionally, you will beiform expected to provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.
