Overview

At Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester, we are proud to deliver specialist, high-quality, nurse-led care to adults and children in their own homes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Nurse to join our experienced team and support the continued growth of our complex care services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with strong clinical leadership to shape care delivery, mentor carers, and contribute to improving client outcomes across the Chichester and surrounding areas.

Purpose of the Role

As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in:

  • Providing clinical oversight, risk assessment and support for adults and children with complex needs
  • Training, assessing, and supervising professional carers to ensure safe, evidence-based care
  • Leading the clinical components of care delivery for your client caseload
  • Collaborating with case managers, MDTs, commissioners, and other stakeholders
  • Championing clinical excellence and continuous improvement across all touchpoints
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage the clinical aspects of complex care delivery
  • Support mobilisation and safe implementation of new care packages
  • Provide expert guidance on person-centred care plans
  • Conduct competency-based training and supervision for support workers
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings, reviews and client visits
  • Promote adherence to clinical standards and national guidelines
  • Identify new clinical care streams and contribute to service development
  • Manage clinical governance, complaints, and quality improvement measures

Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience (hospital or community)
  • Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning
  • Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Experience in safeguarding adults and children
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
  • A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach to care
  • Must be flexible and available for on‑call responsibilities
