You will mentor colleagues, act as a practice supervisor or assessor to students, advocate person‑centred care, provide effective communication, model professional behaviours and safeguard residents against abuse, harm or neglect.
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One you will have at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC PIN, a passion to mentor and share your knowledge, and you will understand the NMC standards of practice.
