As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to the residents. Your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will undertake nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.
