A luxury elderly care provider in Marlow is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising the care team, and advising families on resident care. The ideal candidate should have a First Level qualification, at least two years of experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, acting as the person in charge and standing in for the Manager as required. You will undertake nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will advise families and GPs of any changes in resident condition and be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. You will provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.
