What you’ll do
  • Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
  • Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
  • Administer and manage medicines safely
  • Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
  • Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
  • Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
  • Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Clinical experience in a UK nursing or hospital setting (essential)
  • A caring, empathetic and professional approach
  • Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
  • Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)

  • Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
Working Hours

We offer occasional hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Typical shifts may include:

  • Night shifts: 7.30pm - 8.00am (30‑minute unpaid break). You will be required to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts per month.
