Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.
Our Registered Nurses work 12‑hour shifts, with day shifts running from 7:30 am – 8:00 pm and night shifts from 7:30 pm – 8:00 am. We also offer flexible options, including full‑time, part‑time, and half‑day shifts.
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Pay enhancement: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8 pm Monday to 7 am Friday) and weekend working (8 pm Friday to 7 am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep‑Ins.
