Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Preston

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, part-time, days & nights available

Salary: £36,176 – £38,596 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client’s extensive clinical and nursing team at an independent mental health hospital in Preston. This facility, set within lush green grounds and easily accessible from the M6 and M55 with free on-site parking, offers a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Their hospital features 38 beds and specialises in treating patients experiencing acute mental health crises. With two dedicated acute wards and a specialised unit for eating disorders, they are committed to providing the highest standards of care. They work in partnership with the NHS to deliver exceptional outcomes for all patients through a comprehensive range of services.

Shift Patterns
  • Night Shifts: 19:00 – 07:30
Your Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, service user-focused care.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of our Nursing Strategy.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
Key Requirements
  • Active NMC PIN with 12 months of post-qualifying experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
