What You’ll Do

• Manage acute episodes and respond to mental health crises, including de-escalation of aggressive or high-risk behaviour.
• Offer therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.
• Advocate for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Assess and monitor at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, and intervene swiftly to ensure safety.

What We Need From You

• A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
• At least six months of UK-based paid experience.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
