  • Must have or be willing to pursue RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5.
  • Excellent knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010.

  • RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010
  • Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
