Registered Manager - Domiciliary & Supported Living (Hertfordshire)

Introduction: We are looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join a well-established company. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a service that provides safe, compassionate care, allowing our clients to live with dignity and independence. Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of our domiciliary and supported living services, ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all.
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage your care team to build a strong, skilled, and compassionate workforce.
  • Champion CQC standards, ensuring our service is always compliant, safe, and aiming for "Outstanding".
  • Oversee the creation and review of bespoke, individualised care plans that truly meet our clients needs, including those with dementia and learning disabilities.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and external professionals, placing community at the heart of what we do.

Who We're Looking For
  • Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
  • Essential: At least 3 years of care management experience, ideally within a domiciliary or supported living setting.
  • Essential: A full UK Driving Licence. Your Peugeot will see some action around Hertfordshire!
  • You are: A natural leader with fantastic organisational skills and a deep understanding of CQC regulations and KPIs.
  • You have: Proven experience supporting adults with complex needs, including dementia and learning disabilities.
  • You believe: In a compassionate, respectful approach to care, ensuring the dignity of every individual is always the priority.
