A leading healthcare provider in Rotherham seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead at Kingswood House, a service dedicated to adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism. You will oversee the delivery of specialized care, manage financial targets, and enhance the organization's reputation for excellence. Join the team at Kingswood House in Rotherham as an experienced Registered Manager, where you will lead and develop the services to deliver specialist care.
You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Kingswood House, a six individual apartments services for adults with a learning disability and/or Autism, which allow them live in their own home setting and be provided with person centred care, whilst having access to a range of communal facilities to avoid isolation.
In this role, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the community multi‑disciplinary teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with an excellent record of leadership and management responsibilities.

Kingswood House is a residential service with nursing for adults with a learning disability and/or Autism and a range of associated needs. It’s been designed to meet the needs of the local area for a specialist service to support people with ongoing complex needs and challenging behaviours who are stepping down from hospital or to avoid an inappropriate admission to hospital to enable them to return to their home area.
This small service is made up of six individual apartments which allow people to live in their own home setting and be provided with person centred care, whilst having access to communal facilities to avoid isolation. It’s in the heart of the local community within walking distance of a full range of local facilities and resources.
