Position: Registered Manager – Nursing Home

Location: Near Littlehampton, West Sussex

Starting Salary: £65,000 + Bonus

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity? I am seeking a dedicated professional to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home located near Littlehampton, specialising in complex elderly nursing care.

About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and caring environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing home’s operations

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with CQC standards

Manage budgets, audits, and resources effectively

Drive improvements and support continuous development within the service

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders

Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and development to the care team

About You:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home is essential

Proven track record of achieving Good or better CQC ratings

Ideally, you will hold a valid NMC nursing pin (RGN/RMN)

Experience in turnaround or troubleshooting roles is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of budget management and auditing processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
