Salary:£57,000 basic + £14,000 in performance bonuses (based on Ofsted outcomes)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedRegistered Managerto lead the operations of a healthcare facility in Loughborough. Working closely with a Deputy Manager and receiving support and mentorship from an experienced Registered Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
You will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Whether you’re an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, this role offers excellent growth potential and rewards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
  • Manage staffing, including training, development, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement policies to maintain high-quality care services.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure the financial sustainability of the service.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery and achieve exceptional Ofsted outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance care provision.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and healthcare standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
  • Organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage a busy care facility.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (preferred) or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • A degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field (desirable).
