Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.

This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability, Mental Health needs or an Acquired Brain Injury.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a range of care needs.
  • Lead an established team and ensure they effectively motivated, resourced and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person centred care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care though supported living and community care backgrounds considered.
  • Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
