Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of care
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure their needs are being met
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including staff and client files
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the service, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals, to build positive relationships and promote the service
