Salary: £56,000 per annum
Bonuses: Up to £7,000 per year (OFSTED and occupancy‑related)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a newly opening 3‑bed EBD children’s home in Nottingham (NG9). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the full registration and development of a new service, ensuring high‑quality, child‑centred care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the OFSTED registration process and prepare the home for inspection

  • Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment
  • Manage occupancy levels and budgets effectively
  • Work closely with external professionals and placing authorities
Requirements
