Registered Branch Manager - Complex Care (West London)

A well-established and growing Complex Care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a specialist community-based service in West London. This is a senior, fully on-site role (Monday to Friday) overseeing high-quality adult and paediatric complex care packages delivered in the community.

As Registered Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for operational leadership, regulatory compliance and service performance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the safe, effective delivery of complex care services in line with CQC standards and best clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall accountability for branch operations, quality and compliance
  • Maintaining CQC registration and leading inspections and audits
  • Managing and developing clinical, care and office-based teams
  • Overseeing adult and paediatric complex care packages in the community
  • Leading assessments, care planning and mobilisation of new packages
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners, families and stakeholders
  • Driving sustainable growth while maintaining excellent care outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a RBM within Complex Care
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Adult and paediatric complex care experience in the community setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
  • Experience managing clinically complex packages (LD, ABI, neurological, respiratory, tracheostomy, ventilation)
  • Confident, hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work fully on-site, Monday to Friday
