Overview

Are you an experienced Support Worker that drives and is looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for a flexible, compassionate person to join us as a Regional Support Worker, supporting individuals across a range of services and locations within the region, travelling as far as Andover, Alton, and Portsmouth. You’ll work with different teams, meet new people, and make a real impact in every setting – from supported living to complex care in the community. This is a contracted role with a guaranteed rota, but you’ll be trained and ready to support across multiple packages when needed.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing person-centred care across different services
  • Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
  • Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
  • Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
  • Maintaining accurate notes and ensuring safe, consistent support
What you’ll need to be
  • A confident driver with your own car (essential for this role)
  • Flexible and reliable – comfortable travelling between services
  • Calm under pressure and quick to pick things up
  • Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About Acuity Care Group

Acuity Care Group is a Supported Living healthcare provider, comprising 3 specialist business divisions: LD&A – Learning Disabilities & Autism; Bespoke; Team Brain Injury. This role sits within our Team Brain Injury family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager. We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of physical and mental disabilities.
