Compass Associates are working exclusively with a respected elderly care provider to appoint a Regional Support Manager for their Scottish portfolio. This is a high‑impact operational role supporting a group of care homes through quality improvement, regulatory readiness, cultural development and leadership strengthening.
The position would particularly suit an experienced, nurse‑qualified operator with a track record in turnaround, troubleshooting or multi‑site improvement support.
As Regional Support Manager, you will provide hands‑on operational leadership across a number of services, working closely with Home Managers and the Regional Operations Manager. You will play a key role in:
