Regional Support Manager - Children's Residential Care
Salary: £58,000 + up to 10% annual bonus
Hybrid with regional travel - Midlands to the South of England
Responsibilities
- Provide flexible, high-quality support across multiple children's homes.
- Offer "parachute" support to Registered Managers when extra capacity or expertise is needed.
- Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
- Provide interim management cover where required, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Support staff teams to maintain safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments.
- (On rare occasions) assume home registration responsibilities if circumstances require.
About You
- Significant experience in children\'s residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across a regional network.
