A community-focused education provider in the UK is looking for a Regional SENDCo to provide support across 24 schools until August 2026. GLF Schools is seeking a Regional SENDCo on a fixed term basis until 31st August 2026 to provide targeted support across 24 schools within our Oxfordshire and Wokingham region. This role is ideal for someone who wants to broaden their experience beyond a single school setting and make a real impact on SEND provision.
We are seeking an adaptable SENDCO ideally with experience in both primary and secondary settings. A Level 7 Exam Access Arrangements testing qualification is highly desirable for supporting our secondary schools in particular though strong primary specialists are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping and developing our transition programmes both at key phase transfer points and for in‑year admissions ensuring that every pupil experiences a smooth well‑supported journey into and through our schools.
We are open to considering part time / job shares.

Contract type: Full or part time fixed term until 31st August 2026.
Pay: MPR / UPR plus SEN Allowance.
