Regional Sales Manager - HVAC / Plumbing Merchants, Midlands Region. £42,000 - £46,000 + OTE + Company Car.


Are you an ambitious sales professional with a strong network across plumbing and heating merchants in the Midlands? Do you want to join a business where trust, respect, and long-term relationships sit at the heart of everything they do?



The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the West Midlands territory, driving growth through your strong connections in the plumbing and heating merchant network. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own region, supported by a collaborative leadership team who value trust and respect above all else.



  • Develop and grow relationships with existing and new merchants.

  • Drive product sales and increase market share across the Midlands.

  • Deliver engaging product training and presentations to merchant staff and installers.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure merchants are supported with promotions, stock, and marketing.

  • Bring your own market insight and ideas to help shape growth strategies.
