Responsibilities
  • Prepare all weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts and budgets using appropriate systems and tools
  • Use specialist knowledge of the hotels and markets to produce and maintain hotel forecasts using prescribed tools
  • Prepare Annual Region Operating Plan revenue proposals
  • Perform OneYield forecast validation process on a regular basis to identify changes in trends and opportunities to enhance OneYield forecasts
  • Maintain OneYield interface where automated rate shopping is configured to ensure the yield system is configured for pricing adjustments appropriately
  • Proactively identify peak nights and peak periods to set KPI targets and action plans
  • Identify demand troughs and lead an action plan
  • Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new Revenue Managers, providing on the job observations and coaching to ensure consistent training across the team
  • Conducts observations of Revenue team members and delivers timely feedback to develop their skills and abilities
  • Provides input to enhance and develop tools for better and more efficient analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, economics, or finance; or equivalent training, education, and experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years of related experience in a quantitative, strategic, or consulting role with progressive supervisory and / or project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, such as revenue management systems (OneYield is a plus) and property management systems (Opera)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making; prior marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry landscape

  • Demonstrated interest in analyzing and presenting data, using Excel, SQL, Tableau or related software
