Regional Relational Curriculum Partner Spaghetti Bridge is an independent group of specialist schools. We are passionate about providing young people who experience barriers to learning with a dynamic and outcome‑focused education. As we expand our group we are looking to recruit a Regional Relational Curriculum Partner who is passionate about providing meaningful and progressive educational opportunities for young people that have barriers to learning. Our creative, individualised approach to learning is centred around well‑being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we assess their individual interests, passions, and desires to build a project‑based curriculum to meet their needs. In so doing, we ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group along with fantastic opportunities for professional development. Location: This is a remote/hybrid role requiring regular travel (including occasional overnight stays) to company services across the Group. The postholder will be required to have a level of flexibility to work across the wider group as required. Main purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and support for both Enterprise Learning and Relational Support across all Spaghetti Bridge schools. This includes supporting the delivery, training, and ongoing development of the Enterprise Learning curriculum and pedagogy, working closely with the Education Quality & Outcomes Lead and Curriculum Coordinators to design and implement curriculum workshops, mentoring, CPD, and induction for relevant staff. The role also involves gathering, analysing, and interpreting key data to measure the impact of the curriculum, contributing to research initiatives, and leading the deployment of operational projects related to Enterprise Learning. In parallel, the role plays an integral part in Spaghetti Bridge's proactive relational and safeguarding approach, ensuring that students are supported to keep themselves safe and make responsible decisions. The postholder supports the implementation of a group‑wide safeguarding quality assurance cycle and development plan, working with senior leadership and safeguarding teams across the region. This includes regular site visits, monitoring safeguarding systems and facilitating/delivering Learning & Development activities on our relational approach and the relational curriculum. A key focus of the role is fostering a creative and collaborative culture in which staff can flourish, while ensuring that curriculum, relational, and safeguarding practices reflect the ethos and values of Spaghetti Bridge. Regular travel to school sites is required to provide on‑site coaching, mentoring, quality assurance support and professional development delivery.
