A leading food and drink wholesaler in the UK is seeking an experienced HR professional to support regional teams and improve customer satisfaction. The role involves influencing operational practices and ensuring effective recruitment across 25+ branches while maintaining HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have HR management experience within a fast-paced environment and sound commercial judgment. This position offers opportunities for flexible working arrangements, and diversity and inclusion are highly valued.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has experience in a fast moving retail/wholesale environment and who can influence, coach and support the Regional Director, the Regional Support and Business Centre teams in improving customer satisfaction and cash profit.
You will support 25+ Branches in and around the North West region. You will be able to base yourself from any of the locations on the region. You will be required to travel to all locations on the region and attend occasional meetings in the Head Office, based in Wellingborough.
