A leading construction services group in South West England is seeking a Regional Operations Manager. This role entails ensuring project delivery, managing teams, and upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates will have Building and Construction qualifications, along with SMSTS / CSCS Cards. A strong people management background and experience in Property Maintenance and Construction Services are essential. With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to join them in the South West.

Ideally candidates will have related Building / Construction qualifications as well as SMSTS / CSCS Cards.
You will be a passionate people person with extensive experience across Property Maintenance / Construction Services, ideally including Painting and Decorating. You will take pride in you do and constantly strive to exceed the expectations of your clients and colleagues. Your skill set will include effective labour management amazing planning skills. You will also have strong H&S knowledge and a proven ability across operational delivery.
