This role is ideal for a hands on operational leader who is passionate about service excellence, people development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage regional cleaning operations to achieve contract performance, compliance, and KPI targets.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful mobilisation of new contracts.
  • Analyse performance data, audits, and trends to drive improvements and informed decision‑making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.
  • Support, coach, and develop contract managers and site teams to maximise performance.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a regional or senior operational role within commercial cleaning or facilities management.
