Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager, Nurse Manager, or Senior Nurse.
• Strong background in complex care nursing and community nursing.
• Experience managing care packages and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 complex learning disability care packages across Dorset & Hampshire.
• Lead the clinical delivery of complex care in community and home-based settings.
• Provide clinical supervision, competency sign-off, and support to nurses and support workers.
