The Role

We're looking for a hands‑on marketing strategist who loves getting into the weeds. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days in strategy meetings while others execute your vision. Instead, you'll be the one writing the ad copy, building the landing pages, analyzing the data, and optimizing campaigns from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Strategy Meets Execution
  • Develop comprehensive regional marketing strategies for the USCA market, then personally execute every element
  • Write compelling ad copy for META, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Build and optimize landing pages using page builders (we want high conversion rates, not just pretty pages)
  • Create presentation materials for webinars, partnership opportunities, and educational expos
  • Collaborate with our content team, designers, and regional digital marketer to build campaigns that convert
Who You’ll Work With
  • Regional Digital Marketer – Handles campaign launches and reporting; you'll partner closely to optimize performance
  • Content and PR Marketer – Your creative partner for developing content that resonates with US audiences
  • Regional Marketing Executive – Works alongside you to bring the regional strategy to life
  • USCA Sales Team – The people who convert your marketing efforts into enrolled students
Who You Are
Must‑Haves
  • 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience where you were the one creating campaigns, not managing others who did
  • Proven copywriting skills – You can write ad copy that converts, email sequences that engage, and landing pages that persuade
  • Paid advertising experience across META and Google Ads (understanding strategy and optimization, not necessarily the technical setup)
  • Email marketing platform expertise – You've built automated sequences and know what makes people click
  • Content creation abilities – Blog posts, social media, educational content – you can write it all
  • Analytics‑driven mindset – You make decisions based on data, not gut feelings
