A well-established group of nurseries in the North West is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to enhance the leadership team. This role involves supporting and mentoring Nursery Managers, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted, and driving performance improvements across multiple settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years leadership, excellent coaching skills, and hold a relevant qualification. A competitive salary of £52,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance is offered, along with attractive benefits.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing group of nurseries based across the North West, who are introducing a new Regional Manager role to strengthen and further support their existing regional leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years leader who enjoys supporting Nursery Managers, driving quality, and embedding best practice.
As Regional Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing a portfolio of nurseries, working closely with the senior leadership and regional team to ensure consistently high standards across the group.
This role has been created to add capacity and support, not to replace existing leadership.
